The Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation has announced its third annual fundraising gala which will take place at the Domaine Bertaud Belieu vineyard in St. Tropez, France on July 20.
The money raised goes to support environmental awareness efforts and research for climate change, conservation and preservation grants across the globe. $40 million was raised last year.
The gala, co-hosted by DiCaprio himself, will include performances by Lana Del Rey, The Weeknd and Andrea Bocelli.
On the list of attendees are Hollywood A-listers, environmentalists and prominent businessmen and women such as Cate Blanchett, Marion Cotillard, Boris Collardi, Philippe Cousteau, Jr., Penelope Cruz, Robert De Niro, Jonah Hill, Kate Hudson, Scarlett Johansson, Tobey Maguire, Edward Norton, Caroline Scheufele, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kevin Spacey and Charlize Theron.
DiCaprio launched his foundation in 1998 with a mission to protect “the world’s last wild places.”
