Last month Lana Del Rey visited the Children’s National Hospital in Washington D.C.

Today, February 6, Lana arrived in Nashville, Tennessee for her next show tonight, and stopped by the Seacrest Studios at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

Lana shared some moments from the visit on her Instagram page, which you can see below, including some of the questions the children asked. One girl asked Lana what word she would use to describe herself, and she said “sparkly”.

Lana explained in the post, “Everyone asked questions but Caroline would rather have one of the fish pebbles from the bottom of the question bowl. Then we played a game of Lana Del Yay or Nay. Yay to grocery shopping – nay to making my bed.”

On February 5, Lana Del Rey performed at Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. She was joined by Kali Uchis as her opening act. In this show, Lana changed by the set by singing some of “Million Dollar Man” from her debut album.

Whilst performing “White Mustang”, what happened in Orlando really hit Lana and she got upset. Lana shared how she was feeling with her fans, giving a very honest account, and was fortunately able to move on and continue with the show.

Someone recorded what happened, and here is what she said: “I think… I just feel a little bit more emotional than I thought… after what happened in Orlando, but I just really wanted to be here with you guys tonight. I was feeling totally fine and then I just got… I don’t know… a little bit nervous… when I got on stage so. I just wanna say that I’m super happy to be with your guys. If I’m a little bit feathery just bear with me guys, ok.”

Lana also said “I really do think it’s important… you can’t let one person stop you from doing your favourite things.”

Lana Del Rey performed in Orlando, Florida at the Amway Center on February 2 with Kali Uchis as the support act. During this show, Lana changed up the setlist by performing a snippet of “Terrence Loves You” and getting help from her fans to sing it.

At the end of this, Lana said “That brought it all back to me […] Have you ever just not being able to take listening to your stupid ex-boyfriend’s music? It was just how I felt that night, thanks for reminding me of that”.

Whilst greeting fans in the audience, Lana told them “you guys are amazing and having you all here helps me much”.

Lana Del Rey performed at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida on February 1, with Kali Uchis as her opening act. During this show, Lana performed “Florida Kilos” and also sang some of her track “Salvatore” with the band. Lana will play another show in Florida tomorrow night.

Before her shows in Florida in February, Lana Del Rey spent January 31 out at the Bal Harbour in Miami. She was shopping with her dancers Alex Kaye and Ashley Rodriguez, and they later hung out with photographer and director Sebastian Faena.

Lana even uploaded a video on Instagram of them all having fun on the beach. Lana also sang “Miami oooh na na” – a reference to Camila Cabello’s “Havana” – towards the end.

On January 30, Lana Del Rey performed at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, along with Kali Uchis as her opening support act. The audience requested “Heroin”, and surprised Lana when they the audience continued singing the song back to her! Lana’s next show will be in Florida on February 1, and she is already there in Miami.

On January 28, Lana Del Rey attended the 60th Annual Grammy Awards held at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Lana’s album “Lust For Life” was nominated for ‘Best Pop Vocal Album’, but unfortunately lost to Ed Sheeran’s “Divide”.

Lana’s make-up was done by make-up artist Pamela Cochrane, which featured products from Chanel, Burberry, Bobbi Brown and Nars. More details on Lana’s make-up can be found here and here.

Lana is wearing a custom made Gucci dress: an ivory silk-crepe gown with crystal star embroideries, soft draped V neck crystal rope necklace, finished with a headpiece made of silver and crystal stars and metallic platform shoes. Her look is reminiscent of a dress and headpiece actress Hedy Lamarr wore in the 1941 film Ziegfeld Girl. Lana also wore a white rose on her right wrist in support of the Time’s Up movement, finally she wore a wonderful ring from manlybands.com, she looked beautiful, everything was a mixture of perfect complements.

At the event, Pitchfork asked what was coming next and Lana said: “I’ve got a couple of other tracks. I’ve got this weird track ‘Bartender’ that doesn’t belong to a record yet.” She also explained that she’s hoping to create a video for the song, adding that she hopes for a collaboration with her friend Father John Misty (who appeared in her music video for ‘Freak’) in the future.

MTV asked Lana where she is with the upcoming music video for “Cherry”. She said: “I’m so bad [..] I have to say this arena tour has been the craziest thing I’ve ever done; it’s so amazing but it’s taking up a lot of my time, but I have 20 days off before my South America part, so I’m hoping to shoot it then.”

On January 26, Lana Del Rey performed at the Bryce Jordan Center in State College, Pennsylvania. Kali Uchis opened the show! Lana added “Radio” to the setlist, singing as much as she could remember a cappella style.

Surprisingly, Lana didn’t sing “Off to the Races” to close the show – which is usually a staple part of her setlist – and opted to sing “Get Free” instead, seeing as how she has been quite political lately.
