The long anticipated music video for ‘Music To Watch Boys To’ by Lana Del Rey has finally been released onto YouTube.
In the video, Lana lounges around with two gramophones by her side, joins some beautiful women as they all swim underwater and of course participates in watching boys play basketball.
The ethereal video was directed by Kinga Burza and is shot mostly in black and white with memorable colour sequences for the underwater shots.
Back in May, we interviewed one of the male models who was hired for the video. Click here to read about his experience if you haven’t already.
‘MTWBT’ is the third music video from ‘Honeymoon,’ the first being the title track which was shortly followed by ‘High By the Beach.’

Last night, September 23rd, Lana Del Rey updated her Instagram page with a brief outtake of her posing with a phone for an old photoshoot. She captioned it with “Call me. I’m home alone x.” This confused some fans, but others knew exactly what to do.
The cover of the ‘Honeymoon’ album shows the number 1-800-268-7886, which has been active since the release of the artwork. The number plays a few songs and some pre-recorded messages from Lana.
However, for a few lucky callers last night, it was Lana Del Rey herself who answered and took time to talk to her fans and even followed some of them back on Twitter.
Check out this video a fan uploaded of two girls who were lucky enough to get through to Lana on the line.

“I feel so lucky to keep on building up a discography that I really love.”
On September 22, Lana Del Rey performed three songs from her new record ‘Honeymoon’ on BBC Radio 1. Lana was also interviewed by Huw Stephens who described her music as “otherworldly.”
At the Maida Vale Studios for the performance, Lana was joined by her incredibly talented band; Byron Thomas (Mr Bironic), Tom Marsh and Blake Lee. Lana explained that sometimes Blake just plays some melodies and that’s how some songs on ‘Ultraviolence’ were born, namely ‘Cruel World’ and ‘Pretty When You Cry.’
They played ‘High By the Beach,’ ‘Terrence Loves You’ and ‘Honeymoon.’
The session (interview included) is available to listen to until October 22nd.
