On Monday, October 21, Kanye West has proposed to Kim Kardashian at the sound of Lana Del Rey‘s ‘Young And Beautiful’ hit.

At the AT&T baseball stadium Kanye whipped out a full orchestra to perform the track whilst projecting “PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!” on the jumbotron screen behind. Watch the full proposal in video below:

It is not the first time and unfortunately it won’t be the last… Worldwide press is taking out of the context and doing a misinterpretation of what Lana Del Rey really said on her recent interview for Nylon magazine.

Several mass media sources are spreading that, and we state a few, “Lana Del Rey says ‘fickle muse’ casts doubt on follow-up to Born to Die LP” – The Guardian; “My muse is very fickle’: Lana Del Rey on struggling to write her new album as she bares her midriff in gothic new shoot” – Daily Mail; “Lana Del Rey Might Not Put Out a New Album” – Complex magazine;

The reality is that Lana Del Rey is actually working on her upcoming new album. Below you can read exclusive excerpts of what she and Nylon said on the article:

“This fall, the singer stars in a film of her own, Tropico, a short directed by Anthony Mandler. Meanwhile, demos from her hacked email accounts continue to surface online, including at least one she’d stated for her next full-length, tentatively scheduled for 2014.”

The couple have been recording some ’70s-style rock with producer Jonathan Wilson in Silver Lake for fun, but Del Rey characterizes her next release as a work-in-progress, done on her own terms and timetable. “When people ask me about it, I just have to be honest – I really don’t know,” she admits. “I don’t want to say, ‘Yeah, definitely the next one’s better than this one,’ because I don’t really hear a next one. My muse is very fickle. She only comes to me something, which is annoying.”

“When ‘Black Beauty’ got leaked, I was a little bit discouraged, because I usually focus an entire record around one song, or one phrase, or one title, like… ‘Black Beauty,‘” she says. In a time of contrived viral videos and choreographed twerking, the incident feels legitimately unplanned, unfortunate, and unspinnable. The leak didn’t completely crush her creativity, “but it didn’t help,” she says.”

Del Rey’s gaze shifts to the window of a bedroom she shares with Barrie-James O’Neill, front-man of the Glaswegian alt-folk band Kassidy, and her boyfriend of a little more than two years. The two met after O’Neill’s manager sent him “Video Games” with the description: “Your future ex-wife.” He called asking to meet her, and they’ve been together ever since. The Pall Malls are his. “I’m just a little copycat,” she quips. “Plus, I don’t like to buy my own because I’m not a real smoker, you know?”
