The next date in the LA to the Moon Tour was in Denver, Colorado at the Pepsi Center. At the concert – opened by Jhené Aiko – Lana Del Rey spoke some more about the Radiohead lawsuit.

She also threw some shade at Donald Trump during her performance of ‘When the World Was At War…’ by changing the lyrics from “Boys, don’t make too much noise, and don’t try to be funny” to “Boys, don’t make too much noise, and take your hand off that button”.

However, Lana didn’t stop there. Her track ‘White Mustang’ is suspected to be about her brief romance with G-Eazy. During the performance of this song, she added to her lyrics: “Couldn’t stop the way I was feeling the day his record dropped, and it wasn’t even that good!”

On the lawsuit with Radiohead, Lana Del Rey said the following, which can also be watched in a video below:

“I didn’t know if I was going to mention anything, but I think I will since it was kind of all over the news today. I just want to say that I do have a particular song that Radiohead wants 100% of my publishing for. And actually, the only reason why I mention it is because I want to let you know […] that regardless of what happens in court, the sentiment that I wrote in that particuar song, which was my statement song for the record, my personal manifesto, my modern manifesto, I just want to let you know that regardless of if it gets taken down off of anything, those senitments that I wrote, I really am still gonna strive for them, even if that song isn’t on the future physical releases of the record. […] I mention that now because that song in particular as well as this other song that I’m gonna sing now […] this other song called Change, was an important song to me. I just want to let you know for the kids, and for the not kids – who are real fans here; Thanks.”

On November 24 Lana Del Rey finally opened her pop-up shop at 631 North Robertson Boulevard in California. Her store is selling her new line of merchandise, as well as some old vintage pieces including custom made dresses Lana herself has worn. Lana said she will spending around an hour each day at the pop-ups in person.

During the event, a fan asked Lana about the unreleased song “Yosemite” which was removed from the official tracklisting of “Lust For Life.” Lana apparently said it will be released along with a new record in six months. If this is true, perhaps this record will be of some of the leaked or unreleased songs that didn’t make the cut, which Lana said (at Amoeba Music in July) she was considering releasing.

Here are some photos from the first two days (yesterday and today). The pop-ups are from 11am-7pm everyday until December 2.

Lana Del Rey recently performed at Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival in Los Angeles, where she was also interviewed by MTV News. She spoke to Gaby Wilson about her latest album; including the LA to the Moon tour, her collaborations and her newest music video ‘White Mustang.’

Gaby asked Lana if her song ‘Cola‘ had any reference to movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, as many in Hollywood are speaking up about the sexual assault and harassment he administered. In the song Lana sings “Harvey’s in the sky with diamonds, and it’s making me crazy.” However, other fans say they hear “ah he’s” instead of the name Harvey, especially as this is the lyric in the official lyric booklet.

In response, Lana said “When I wrote that song, I suppose I had a Harvey Weinstein/Harry Winston-type of character in mind. I envisioned, like, a benevolent, diamond-bestowing-upon-starlets visual, like a Citizen Kane or something. I’m not really sure. I thought it was funny at the time, and I obviously find it really sad now.”

With this in mind, Lana agreed to retire the song from her setlist, adding that it would be “the right thing to do.” She also stated: “I support the women who have come forward. I think they’re really brave for doing that.”
